Kent Cricket and Girlguiding Kent counties are delighted to announce a partnership to offer cricket as an activity for units in Kent.

Girlguiding Kent counties have partnered with Kent Cricket with the aim of giving girls as much opportunity as possible to pick up a bat and ball.

Activity pack

An activity booklet to help provide basic rule information and context to cricket is available to download. You can complete cricket based activities with all sections, from Rainbows to Rangers.

A special Howzat! badge will be available for girls to complete the activities.

Howzat! Badges

Woven badges measure 63mm (2.5″) across, available at a cost of £1 each and £2.25 UK postage. You can order your Howzat! badges from Girlguiding Kent East.

Badges are not yet in stock but you can pre-order them.

Payment is accepted by cheque (payable to “Guides of Kent – Kent East”) or bank transfer. Please write GD10 Howzat, along with your unit name, on the bank of your cheque or as the reference for bank transfer.
